1. Yukata is a kind of Japanese clothes "kimono".
2. Yukata is worn at festivals and fireworks festivals in the summer, so it's best to melt and see through. It's also breathable, so you can wear it cool even in the hot summer.
3. Yukata is always given to foreign friends as a gift.
4. We have been producing yukata for over 20 years. We have a wealth of experience in fabric selection, printing, cutting and packaging.
5. Guests can either provide us with their own drawings, or work with our designers to design your favorite drawings.
The style of the yukata is similar to that of a hot spring hotel, but it is very different in fabric weaving, pattern design, printing technology, and sewing.

Cotton is used for yukata, but there are also mixed fabrics with hemp. The number of count threads is mainly21S,32S and 40S. The weave of the fabric includes plain weave, jacquard, and tear prevention check. Using a combination of each thread and gauze, we can change the fabric structure and produce yukata with different styles.

Recently, the number of yukata made of polyester is increasing. Polyester yukata has excellent water absorption and quick-drying properties, so it is comfortable to wear, and the fabric is durable and does not easily lose its shape even when washed.
There are many types of yukata patterns, all designed by professional Japanese designers. The pattern and color of the yukata in Kyushu, Central, Kansai, Kanto, Hokuriku, and Hokkaido in Japan are slightly different, but they are all based on chrysanthemum, orchid, plum, cherry, waves, fish, butterflies, umbrellas, fans, geometric figures, etc. Mainly, the background color of the pattern is mostly printed with one pattern and three background colors, which can better express the variety of color changes in the pattern.

The printing process of yukata fabric is also more complicated. The technicians of the printing factory need to draw and make plates based on the pattern provided by the Japanese designer, according to the width of the fabric, the loop size of the pattern, and the type of color. After setting out and printing, make corrections and confirm the process before it can officially enter production.
The cutting and sewing of yukata is also different from other clothes. Most fabric prints basically consist of three colors and one floral pattern, so you must pay attention to the beauty and completeness of the floral pattern when cutting. Due to the long collar of the yukata where you sew, improper positioning or uneven sewing can cause quality problems such as distorted or wrinkled collars, so be careful. Must be.

After sewing, cut the thread end.
