Momohiki is divided into long and half momohiki, similar to long trousers and shorts. Something similar to half-pants up to the knee is called half-momohiki . In modern times, it is known as the garment of the bearer at festivals.

Many people are curious about how to wear "Momohiki". I'm not sure at first, but since then, I've been making it as an export product every year, so I asked Japanese customers who would wear it.

The people who wear it are as follows.

(1) Lift the connection with the waist forward.

(2) Put your legs into the trouser legs in turn.

(3) Put both legs in.

(4) Loop the waist rope on the right side of the body from the back to the left side of the body.

(5) Use your left hand to bring the "rope on the right side of the body" to the front of the body, and it does not matter if the "rope on the left side of the body" hang down.

(6) Pass your right hand through the hole between your groins.

(7) Use your right hand to hold the waist rope on the right side of the body.

(8) While holding the "right string", return your right hand from the hole in the crotch and pull it out. Then, the "right string" will come out from the hole between the crotch.

(9) This time, bring the "left string" on the left side of the body from the back to the right side of the body.

(10) At this time, arrange the momohiki so that the buttocks are properly hidden.

(11) Finally, tie the "right string" and "left string" in front of the right flank to complete it.

Momohiki can be worn with a Koikuchi shirt and Ｗorkman's Apron at the time of the festival. Momohiki comes in five sizes: small, medium, large and oversized, making it suitable for children and adults of different ages.
